Robots and Design’s Variable Pitch WTR is a single WTR and multi-chuck WTR at the same time. Multi-blade type has 5 wafers at once so that it can handle high throughput and increase productivity. The blade pitch is variable from 6mm to 25mm. Also, it is easy to maintain and provides high reliability.
