Robots and Design's Standard WTR transfers 300mm wafers (8" & 12") quickly and precisely with single/dual arm or multi-blade (in clean room, Class 1 Cleanliness). There is a variety of end-effectors available: the vacuum blade and edge gripper. It can be customized upon request (flip WTR, wet WTR are customizable).
