FOUP Handling Robot

Robots and Design’s FOUP Handling Robot, mounted to an AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle), handles 12” FOUP. The maximum payload is 25kg, and it has a wide motion range with SCARA arm.

FOUP Transfer Unit

Robots and Design’s FOUP Transfer Unit transfers FOUPs containing 23 of 300mm wafers to stocker. With smooth and precise mechanisms, it transfers the FOUPs from a lower to a higher position along the vertical transverse axis. The maximum payload is 25kg.
